• One individual or entity may not maintain multiple free trial accounts

• Web hosting services include courtesy backup procedures
• Cloud VPS, VDS, and Storage services do not include backups
• You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
• We are not liable for data loss under any circumstances
• You retain all rights to your content and data

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REGXA LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Service interruptions or data loss
