- Data centers in 12 different locations worldwide
- Compliance with local and international copyright laws
Copyright claims will be processed according to:
- The jurisdiction where the content is hosted
- Applicable local copyright laws and regulations
- International copyright treaties and agreements
- DMCA requirements for US-based services
2. Jurisdictional Approach to Copyright Claims
Our copyright protection approach varies by jurisdiction:
- United States: Full DMCA compliance and protection
- European Union: Compliance with EU Copyright Directive
- Other Jurisdictions: Adherence to local copyright laws
- International: Compliance with applicable treaties
We reserve the right to process claims under the most appropriate jurisdiction based on:
- Location of the data center hosting the content

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement
When submitting a copyright infringement notice, please include:
- All standard DMCA notice requirements as listed below
- The specific data center location if known
- Your jurisdiction of residence or business
- Relevant local copyright registration information if applicable
Standard requirements include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL)
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
4. How to Submit a DMCA Notice
DMCA notices can be submitted through:
- Your REGXA CLOUD Dashboard - Submit a support ticket with the subject “DMCA Notice”
- Include all required information as listed above
- Provide specific URLs or file locations of the infringing content
5. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area
6. Our Response Process
- We promptly process all valid DMCA notices
- Infringing content will be removed or disabled
- We notify the affected customer of the removal
- We forward complete counter-notices to the original complainant
- Content may be restored 10-14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
REGXA CLOUD maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers:
- We track valid copyright complaints for each account
- Multiple valid complaints may result in account suspension
- Repeated violations will lead to account termination
- Terminated accounts for copyright violations are not eligible for reinstatement

- Include “DMCA Notice - [Jurisdiction]” in the email subject
- Attach or include all required information as detailed in Section 3
- Specify the data center location if known
