Terms of Service
By accessing and utilizing the Cloud Storage services provided by REGXA LLC, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Description
REGXA LLC provides Web Cloud Services including Web Hosting, Cloud VPS, Cloud VDS, Cloud Storage, and Domain name services. Our Cloud Storage service offers secure and scalable storage solutions for your data.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Cloud Storage service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Spamming
- Attacking
- Port Scanning
- Crypto Mining
- Child Abuse
- Bulk Email Sending
3. Data Security
REGXA LLC takes data security seriously. We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your own applications and data.
4. Payment and Billing
All services are billed on a monthly basis, and payments must be made in advance. If the payment for the renewal is not received by the required date, REGXA LLC reserves the right to terminate the service immediately as of the due date, without any prior notice. For example, if the service is purchased on the first day of the month and the payment for renewal is not made by the end of the month, REGXA LLC has the right to terminate the service at the end of the month. Please note that we do not retain your service, data, or any backups after termination.
5. Service Termination and Billing
REGXA CLOUD provides a transparent and automated service termination system. Our policies regarding service termination are designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all customers.
5.1 Self-Service Termination
- Customers can terminate their Cloud Storage service at any time through the Storage Management section of their REGXA CLOUD Dashboard
- Termination is immediate upon confirmation through the dashboard interface
- No written notice or support ticket is required for service termination
- All stored data will be permanently deleted upon termination
5.2 Pro-rated Billing and Credits
- Billing is automatically pro-rated to the exact day of termination
- Customers are only charged for the actual days of service usage
- Unused service days are automatically credited to the customer's account
- Account credits can be applied to any REGXA CLOUD service
5.3 Refund Eligibility
- Remaining credit balance is eligible for refund only if requested within the first 7 days of service
- After 7 days, all credits remain in your account but are not eligible for refund
- Credits can always be used for any REGXA CLOUD service regardless of age
- Refund requests must be submitted through the support ticket system
- PayPal/Credit Card payments are refunded to the original payment method
- Cryptocurrency payments are refunded as account credit only
Example: If you terminate your service after 5 days, you can request a refund for the remaining 25 days of credit. However, if you terminate after 10 days, the remaining 20 days of credit will stay in your account for future use but cannot be refunded.
5.4 Service Provider Rights
- REGXA CLOUD reserves the right to terminate services for policy violations
- Immediate termination may occur in cases of abuse or terms violation
- No refunds are provided for termination due to policy violations
- Services terminated for violations are not eligible for reactivation

6. Limitation of Liability
REGXA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Cloud Storage service.
7. Unmanaged Service Disclaimer
The Cloud Storage service provided by REGXA LLC is unmanaged. This means:
- We are not responsible for any software or applications that you install on the Cloud Storage.
- We only guarantee that the Cloud Storage will function properly with the default operating system at the time of purchase.
- If you install any software and the Cloud Storage becomes unresponsive on the internet, you are solely responsible for resolving the issue.
- REGXA LLC does not offer support for software, code, or the installation of any applications on the Cloud Storage.
8. Changes to Terms
REGXA LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
