Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which REGXA LLC (“REGXA CLOUD”) provides refunds for our services. Our policy varies depending on the type of service purchased.
1. Cloud VPS Services
1.1 Self-Service Termination
Cloud VPS customers can terminate their service at any time through the VPS Management section of their dashboard:
- Services can be terminated instantly using the termination button in the service management section
- The system automatically calculates usage based on days used
- You will only be charged for the actual days of service used
- The remaining balance will be credited to your account
1.2 Pro-rated Billing and Credits
When terminating a VPS service:
- Daily rate is calculated based on the monthly price divided by the number of days in the month
- Only used days are charged
- Unused days are automatically refunded as account credit
- Account credit can be used for future purchases of any REGXA CLOUD services
1.3 Credit Balance Refunds
- If service is terminated within the first 7 days of purchase
- And you do not wish to use the credited balance for future services
- You may request a refund of the remaining credit to your original payment method
- Refund requests must be submitted through the support ticket system
2. Web Hosting Services
- 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase
- After 7 days, web hosting services are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
3. Refund Process
3.1 Payment Method Considerations
- PayPal or Credit Cards: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within the applicable refund period
- Cryptocurrency or Other Payment Processors: Refunds will be issued as account credit that can be used for future purchases on REGXA CLOUD
3.2 For VPS Services
- Use the termination button in your dashboard to end service
- System automatically calculates used days and remaining credit
- Credit is instantly applied to your account
- For credit refunds within 7 days, submit a support ticket
3.3 For Web Hosting
- Submit a refund request through the support ticket system
- Include your order number and reason for the refund
- Requests are processed within 2-3 business days
- Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of service
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration fees
- SSL certificates
- Custom services or configurations
- Administrative fees
- Web hosting services after 7 days
- Account credits purchased directly
- Services damaged due to policy violations
5. Refund Exceptions
REGXA CLOUD reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Terms of Service violations
- Acceptable Use Policy violations
- Suspected fraud or abuse
- Services that have already been used substantially
- Services damaged due to prohibited activities (spamming, attacking, blacklisting)
- Accounts terminated due to policy violations
Note: If within the first 7 days of service, our team determines that the service has been damaged due to prohibited activities such as spamming, attacking, being blacklisted, or any other violation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
